Returns

• Accepted within 30 days of shipment.
• Equipment must be installed by a factory-trained technician (verified by service invoice).
• Refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt.
• Failure to follow manufacturer specifications voids the return policy.

Shipping

• Ground Shipping: Ships within 6–10 business days after payment clears.
• Freight Shipping: Ships within 6 business days.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside. Additional fees apply for residential delivery, limited access, or stairs.

Damage Policy:

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Contact customer service to arrange for repair, replacement, or refund. Signing without noting damage acknowledges the item arrived in good condition.

International Shipments:

• Additional fees or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
