Warranty Conditions: To maintain warranty coverage, all service and repairs must be performed exclusively by CAD/CAM Center Miami or an authorized CAD/CAM Care technician. Any service, modification, or repair performed by a third-party technician or company automatically voids all warranty coverage, without exception. This policy follows standard practice across dental, medical, and electronic equipment industries.

Return Policy
At CAD/CAM Center of Miami, every pre-owned CEREC System is carefully refurbished, tested, and verified for full functionality before shipment and installation.
Our goal is always to keep your system running smoothly so you can stay focused on your patients.
We stand behind the quality of our equipment. Returns are accepted only if the system is not functioning as intended or does not match the description provided.
If a problem arises upon delivery or installation, our technical team will first work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue, which may include:
Remote troubleshooting and calibration assistance
Replacement of any defective components
Software configuration or update support
Most issues can be resolved quickly without returning the entire system. If the system cannot be restored to proper working condition after these steps, a return may be authorized.
To qualify for a return:
The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The equipment must have been installed by a factory-trained dental technician, verified by a service invoice.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by our support team before any return shipment.
The system must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
If approved, refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a verified functional defect.
Once the system has been installed and verified to be operational and performing properly, the sale is considered final.
Shipping Policy
Ground Shipping: Ships within 2–3 business days after payment clears.
Freight Shipping: Ships within 6 business days (curbside delivery only).
Installation and training may be scheduled separately after delivery.
