Returns:

• Accepted within 30 days of shipment.

• Must be installed by a factory-trained dental technician (verified by service invoice).

• Refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping:

• Ground Shipping: Ships in 2–3 business days after payment clears.

• Freight Shipping: Ships within 6 business days (curbside delivery only).

Damage Policy:

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it.
