Our goal is always to keep your system running smoothly so you can stay focused on your patients.
We stand behind the quality of our equipment. Returns are accepted only if the system is not functioning as intended or does not match the description provided.
If a problem arises upon delivery or installation, our technical team will first work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue, which may include:
Remote troubleshooting and calibration assistance
Replacement of any defective components
Software configuration or update support
Most issues can be resolved quickly without returning the entire system. If the system cannot be restored to proper working condition after these steps, a return may be authorized.

The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The equipment must have been installed by a factory-trained dental technician, verified by a service invoice.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by our support team before any return shipment.

• The system must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, components, calibration tools, software, and packaging materials.

Return Policy
At CAD/CAM Center of Miami, every pre-owned CEREC System is carefully refurbished, tested, and verified for full functionality before shipment and installation.
Our goal is always to keep your system running smoothly so you can stay focused on your patients.
We stand behind the quality of our equipment. Returns are accepted only if the system is not functioning as intended or does not match the description provided.
If a problem arises upon delivery or installation, our technical team will first work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue, which may include:
Remote troubleshooting and calibration assistance
Replacement of any defective components
Software configuration or update support
Most issues can be resolved quickly without returning the entire system. If the system cannot be restored to proper working condition after these steps, a return may be authorized.
To qualify for a return:
The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The equipment must have been installed by a factory-trained dental technician, verified by a service invoice.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by our support team before any return shipment.
The system must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
If approved, refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a verified functional defect.
Once the system has been installed and verified to be operational and performing properly, the sale is considered final.

Compatibility & Liability
A shorted, damaged, or faulty camera or cable WILL burn the OmniBeast® framegrabber card.
CAD/CAM Center is not responsible for any damage caused by a defective camera or cable, including repair costs, shipping charges, or travel expenses.
If the customer chooses to replace their own camera or cable, they acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any resulting damage, including costs related to repair or replacement of the frame grabber.
👉 We strongly recommend testing your camera and cable before installation. Contact us if you need assistance verifying equipment or purchasing certified replacements.

To help us continue building future PrimeBeast® upgrades, we kindly ask that your original Primescan PC cassette be returned to CAD/CAM Center Miami after installation.
The returned cassette (core) allows our team to keep building new PrimeBeast® systems, helping keep upgrades available for other clinics.
Once we receive the old cassette, we will issue a $250 refund to your original form of payment + a FREE box of CEREC Blocks as a core credit.
Please note:
Return instructions will be provided once your PrimeBeast® ships.
The $250 refund is processed after the cassette is received.
If the old cassette is not returned, the core refund will not be issued.
